Bright medium amber colour; fragrant aromas of molasses, white raisin, caramel, vanilla and clove. On the palate, it is full-bodied and warming, with flavours of Demerara sugar, candied ginger, caramel and vanilla spice that linger on a long finish. 40% Alcohol.
