Order Deadline Dates, Rush and Cancellation Fees

At Vacation Foods we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service. We will make every effort to fill your order even on short notice.

For large orders - over $500.00 - we recommend your order be placed 7 days prior to your arrival date. We appreciate a minimum 3 day lead time but may be able to accommodate orders placed up to 24 hours prior to requested delivery time if we are able.   

Due to high demand and volumes, order requests for delivery during peak periods, such as Christmas, New Year's, President's Week and Spring Break must be placed 7 days in advance of your arrival.  

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled within 72 hours of delivery:  No Refund Provided

Orders cancelled more than 72 hours prior to delivery:  We will refund all returnable items less $25 restocking charge.  

Delivery Days

We deliver 364 days a year. Sorry, no deliveries on Christmas Day.

Minimum Order Size

We do not have minimum orders.

 

Vacation Foods is a personal shopping/concierge service. As such, we custom shop and order for your products - order by order - on the same day as you receive delivery. We do not stock or store inventory on a regular basis.
 
During peak seasons, storms, shortages, poor planning or specials, we may not be able to source some of your requests as readily as we would like. In the event that your delivery is missing product(s), please let us know asap with an email list.
 
Our protocol for missing/unavailable product is as follows:
 
1. Substitute with an appropriate, comparable product
 
2. Deliver the missing product(s) on the next delivery run (usually the following day, occasionally the same day)
 
3. Refund product value in full to client's credit card via PayPal. (We refund these asap, however, PayPal does take a few days to process)
