You select a username and password allowing you access to the Vacation Food Service. Your password should be kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. While using our service, you may give us special shopping and delivery instructions, which we store and use to pick and deliver your order to your specifications.

How does Vacation Food Service use your information?
We use your information to provide the service and to enhance and personalize your shopping experience. We do not sell personal information about individual customers (such as name, address, e-mail address, credit card information) to third parties, sell or rent lists of customers or use information about individual customers except to provide the service or as described below.
(a) Aggregated Information. We do not use aggregated information regarding its customers and usage of the Vacation Foods Service (such as customer demographics and traffic patterns) and disclose such aggregated information to advertisers, partners and others for various purposes.

The text in a cookie, by itself, only tells us that you have visited our site and allows us to personalize the website so that you do not have to re-enter information that you have previously entered. Site Security
At Vacation Foods, we want you to feel safe while shopping with us. Since our service is very personalized and additional items to those listed in our online store may be purchased on your behalf, it is impossible to determine the exact dollar value of your order until delivery day. Therefore we do not request credit card information be transmitted over the Internet. We would prefer to accept your credit card details by phone or fax once your order has been finalized and approved by you.
Our web, email and database servers are hosted in a highly secure, state-of-the-art data center with the latest in firewall protection. Our servers always have the latest security updates from the manufacturers. Power to our servers is supplied from two separate power substations and we are serviced by fiber optic data feeds from 2 separate carriers with geographically diverse routes (2 feeds from different nodes, using different paths). Data is backed up on a nightly basis.
